Yoga is for all ages and all ability levels. We have a number of classes that will help you relax, focus, restore mobility, and strengthen your body. This practice focuses on the mind-body connection and is a great addition to a holistic wellness lifestyle.
Wellness Coaching
A one on one or small group setting that helps you plan out your pathway to a healthier version of yourself. Making small changes is the key to a successful outcome.
This can also be included in a holistic approach to chronic pain or chronic injury management with your physiotherapist.
Physiotherapy
As a regulated health profession phsyiotherapists can be a valuable part of your medical team. They help you recover from and prevent injuries from occurring. A special interest of our physiotherapist is neurological rehabilitation, which means we want to help you get back on your feet after a stroke or brain injury.
