Yoga is for all ages and all ability levels. We have a number of classes that will help you relax, focus, restore mobility, and strengthen your body. This practice focuses on the mind-body connection and is a great addition to a holistic wellness lifestyle.


Wellness Coaching

A one on one or small group setting that helps you plan out your pathway to a healthier version of yourself. Making small changes is the key to a successful outcome.
This can also be included in a holistic approach to chronic pain or chronic injury management with your physiotherapist.


Physiotherapy

As a regulated health profession phsyiotherapists can be a valuable part of your medical team. They help you recover from and prevent injuries from occurring. A special interest of our physiotherapist is neurological rehabilitation, which means we want to help you get back on your feet after a stroke or brain injury.

Alicia has been in the Physiotherapy profession for over 12 years, many of which have been spent developing skills to treat neurological conditions and chronic pain. Since beginning her journey, Alicia has gained a number of skills that pair nicely with her Psychology and Physiotherapy backgrounds. She has taken an interest in alternative therapies including Reiki, Acupuncture, and Yoga. All of which work on the body holistically, including your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

With her Psychology background, Mental health and wellness has always been an interest and now that she has two kiddos of her own, children and youth mental health is at the forefront. It is with this in mind that she has developed children and youth programs designed to foster creativity, joy and renew their zest for learning.
